The Custom Process

We’ve designed this process to be easy for you and thorough for both of us. It starts with a creative vision form that helps you articulate your ideas while giving us everything we need to bring your vision to life.

No endless back-and-forth. No guessing. Just a clear, collaborative process.

  • This is where the magic starts. The form walks you through:

    • Basic specifications (shape, length, sizing)

    • Your aesthetic preferences and inspiration

    • Occasion and timeline

    • Design complexity and budget

    Why start here?

    The form helps you clarify your vision while giving us the details we need to recommend the right tier, provide an accurate quote, and ensure we're aligned before any paint touches a press-on.

    Time commitment: 10–15 minutes

    What you'll need:

    • Inspiration images

    • color references

    • a sense of your aesthetic

  • Within 48 hours of submitting your form, you'll receive:

    • Recommended tier based on your vision

    • Custom quote (including any add-ons or rush fees)

    • Suggestions for sizing if you're unsure

    • Timeline confirmation

    • Any clarifying questions we have about your vision

    This is your chance to review and adjust before we finalize anything.

  • Once you approve the tier and quote:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to proceed with design concepts.

    • We'll create your design concept based on your form responses.

    • You'll receive a design preview

    • You approve the design (this is your last chance for changes)

    • Remainder of payment is processed and painting begins

    Important: Once you approve the final design, changes aren't possible. Paint doesn't have an undo button, but that's why we invested time in the vision form up front.

  • Our artist paints your set by hand, layer by layer, exactly as we discussed.

    Every nail is inspected for:

    • Clean edges and precise details

    • Even coverage and smooth finish

    • Durability and proper sealing

    • Overall cohesion and quality

  • Your set is packaged with care and ships with:

    • Application instructions (step-by-step guide)

    • Prep supplies

    • Care tips for maximum wear time

    • Storage recommendations for reuse

    Standard shipping: 5–6 business days after design approval and payment

    Rush Order: 2–3 business days after design approval and payment (additional fee)
